Registration fee is non transferable to any other attendee or meeting in any circumstances.
Registration is confirmed only after the receipt of full payment.
Conference registration is mandatory to registering for Pre-Conference Workshop and abstract submission.
Registration fee will be based on the date of receipt of payment.
Registration fee includes access to scientific sessions & trade exhibition, conference lunches & inaugural dinner & the conference kit.
Conference kit will be distributed to the pre-registered delegates at the time of registration. Conference kits for delegates registered onspot will be subject to availability of stocks and on first come first serve basis.

Accompanying person / spouse & children will not be allowed in the scientific sessions.
PG Students should submit a bonafide letter / certificate from their Head of the Department / Unit.
Conference Organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
The registration fee does not include any travel cost, accommodation, sight seeing tours or airport transfer, unless package is opted.
Conference identification badges are mandatory for all conference events(Scientific Program, Lunch, Dinner, Cultural Event & Exhibition on all days).
All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to ICC 2023 Secretariat. (email@example.com)
Cancellations received till 30th Sep 2023 will be entitled for only 75% refund of the registration amount paid.
Cancellations received till 15th Oct 2023 will be entitled for only 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
No refund for cancellation made after 15th Oct 2023.
The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference.
The cancellation request should be sent to the conference email id of firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com,
don't send WhatsApp or SMS for the cancellation to any committee members.
